Meet our leadership
Aasha
Aasha Joshi, PhD, is an applied researcher and evaluator with more than 15 years of experience across nonprofit, philanthropic, public sector, academic, and commercial settings. She has led studies ranging from national multi-site initiatives to focused organizational and consumer research.
Her work is guided by three questions: What are we trying to accomplish? Is our approach working? How can we make it work better? Aasha brings structure to complex questions, develops credible ways to measure what matters, and connects evidence to the practical realities of organizational decision making.
She has particular expertise in survey science and is well-versed in both quantitative and qualitative data methods, believing that most research questions worth asking can, and should, be examined through different lenses.
She earned her PhD in Social Psychology from the University of Cambridge (UK).
