Clarity follows a structured yet flexible approach that incorporates creative critical thinking, purposeful planning, careful collection and examination of relevant information, and practical recommendations.

What do you hope to learn? Are you looking for ways to improve the work you do? Ready to take things in a new direction but not sure where to start? Or maybe your project is well under way, but you feel like you’ve hit a wall. Working with Clarity starts with a conversation: we’ll learn from you what you hope to accomplish, and if we’re a good fit we’ll collaborate with you to further refine your goals and define our role in helping you reach them.

What pre-existing conditions and commitments shape your work, and how can they guide your work with us? What best and promising practices can be identified? What numbers, content, and context do you need, and what do we think these things can tell us? We help our clients get a better sense of the relevant landscape and do our best to make sure they’re asking the right questions for their purposes and collecting relevant and trustworthy information using the most appropriate methods.
