Meet our leadership
Aasha
Aasha is a research and evaluation expert whose work is guided by three questions: What’s being done? Is it working? And how can we make it work better? For over 20 years, she has been advising, designing, conducting, managing, and integrating robust research in organizations seeking to identify and meet their goals and improve their services. She is well-versed in both quantitative and qualitative data methods, believing that most research questions worth asking can—and should—be examined through many lenses. Aasha earned her Ph.D. in Social Psychology from the University of Cambridge (UK), where she studied social interactions, knowledge sharing, and people’s perceptions of data.
